MUD HERO

WHAT
It's time to get muddy again! Join us for our second year of Mud Hero. A 6km obstacle trail run in the heart of Albion Hills, Ontario. If you didn't run with us last year you missed out on tons of fun.

Just like last year we'll have a discount code to save $5, and we'll let you know which wave time to sign up for as soon as possible. Please let us know of your interest before registering for the course. Hero Bootcamp will return this summer so we can train for the obstacles.

Saturday, August 24th 2013. We'll be going for the 9:30am or 10:30am wave.

WHERE
Albion Hills, Ontario (around 1 hour north of the city). We'll carpool.

Around $55. Includes race entry, t-shirt, a beer afterwards, and entry to barbecue with live music.
